Cancellation Policy

ATTENTION: If you have not had an ASSESSMENT and have not signed a SERVICE AGREEMENT, do not continue!!! You will not be allowed to attend group without having had an ASSESSMENT and a signed SERVICE AGREEMENT on file. Each group must be paid for prior to the start time of the session. Any client who has not paid for a specific Group Session, or who has not paid in full in advance will be removed from the group. This will count as an absence. Remember, if you are required to attend due to DWI, you MUST ATTEND WEEKLY or you will be required to start your hours over. This is NC State Law.
